When I first got the invitation to an 'Acroyoga" party I quickly looked it up on youtube and my jaw dropped. I then proceeded to laugh at the idea that someone would try to get me to do these crazy gravity-defying poses. You see...I'm a big dude ya'll...not flexible, not even close to in-shape. So I went anyway... and met Rana.

In 30 min I was completely upside down, vertical, being supported by someone holding nothing but my shoulders. It was unreal!

If you want to be amazed. If you want to see what your body and mind are capable of. If you want an incredile experience. Take a class with Rana. No matter who you are, she will send you "flying".

It was one of the best Friday nights I've ever had!
